What You'll Own as a Service Delivery Analyst II
- Perform support activities required to maintain a high level of availability and stability for one or more applications.
- Handle incident/problem analysis and resolution, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Manage change deployment and certification processes.
- Monitor application performance and oversee application operations management.
- Debug production issues at a deep level to identify root causes and implement fixes.
- Interact effectively with Operations, Development, and Business teams.
- Take ownership of investigating production issues and providing comprehensive Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Be ready to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.

What You Bring
- Ability to understand and perform Production Application Support activities.
- Good hands-on experience of 3-5 years in Linux-based application environments.
- Proficiency with various monitoring tools.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of AWS Cloud.
- Experience with Kubernetes Deployments.
- Familiarity with DevOps Tools.
- Experience using Splunk for logging and analysis.
- Proficiency with Service Now for Incident, Change, Problem, Research Request, and knowledge management.

The Customer Experience Worldpayers are crucial to providing world-class support. This Application Support team, part of Merchant Solutions, specializes in merchant payment-related applications. They leverage AWS and DevOps technologies for deployments, system monitoring, and troubleshooting end-user issues. The team tackles unique daily challenges to ensure seamless payment experiences, working on advanced, challenging, and relevant applications in financial services and technology. These applications include a customer-facing portal that delivers value-add business services to Worldpay's Merchant, FI, and Partner Channel customers, providing access to transaction research, card management, and other services.
