Senior SDET Engineer

What You’ll Own
- Taking the ownership of the STLC process
- Design/Work with automation framework from scratch--Page object model design pattern with data driven framework
- Design Testing strategy and define the approach.
- Write and execute Automation test scripts.
- Write and execute manual functional test cases
- Report defects and traceability with tools like Jira.
- Collaborate with the stakeholders and give the demo
- Showcase leadership qualities, proactive and ready to work on different initiatives related to Quality Improvement
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in test automation
- In depth knowledge & experience of automation frameworks of UI (Selenium) and API (Soap UI, Postman, Rest Assured or Karate) using Core Java
- In depth knowledge & experience in an AWS/microservices environment/testing
- Collaborate with QA/Dev team members to automate test cases (UI and API)
- Good knowledge of Payment Domain
- Have expertise in Core Java (Java 8 and above)
- Have very good hands-on knowledge on creating frameworks for UI and API
- Good experience in BDD Agile methodology along with Cucumber based projects
- Good testing framework knowledge like Junit, TestNG
- Have end to end automation experience from Maven/Gradle, Git, Jenkins etc.
- Good exposure to Agile based project
- Comfortable in designing and implementing automation test scripts based on the requirements
- Knowledge of test management tools and systems – such as JIRA, Rally Confluence
- Good Knowledge of handling stakeholder or cross-functional testing teams
- Ability to summarize / present technical information in a manner that others can understand

WPG Processes multicurrency payments through 300+ traditional card and alternative payment methods. Fraud and risk management, analytics, reporting, and treasury services available in WPG. Currently processing 15 million transactions a day, compared to 8 million in 2019 for 1200 Enterprise and 30k medium level merchants. In the past 30 days WPG has authorized a total payment value of £14,772,163,625 (£14.77 Billion). This averages £503,898,008 per day (£503.9 Million). Peak day in the last 30 days was Black Friday (26th November) when the platform authorised a total payment value of £772.9 Million. Own suite of reports, plus connection to Pazien (premium service).
