About the Role

Join Worldpay as a .NET Software Engineer II, a mid-level role in our WPAP team. Write well-structured, maintainable, and reliable code while developing unit tests and system requirements from business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high quality, maintainable code
  • Develop unit tests and ensure extensive coverage
  • Convert business requirements into technical specifications
  • Suggest and implement improvements in best practices
  • Assist QA Engineers and Support Teams
  • Participate in Agile meetings and track progress

Requirements & Skills

  • 4-5+ years of software development experience
  • Strong C# and .NET Core knowledge
  • Experience with Restful services and Microsoft SQL Server
  • Understanding of Unit Testing, Continuous Integration/Delivery, SOLID Principles
  • Knowledge of object-oriented and enterprise-scale database design
  • Familiarity with web application security
  • Bonus: Kubernetes, Micro Service Architecture, Docker, DevOps, Jenkins, Cloud AWS, Design Patterns, Message Queues
