About the role
Database Administrator (F/H)
Join our infrastructure/data team to design, operate, and optimize relational and NoSQL databases. You will be responsible for database stability, performance, and security, collaborating with development, security, and Ops teams to ensure a robust data infrastructure within our technological ecosystem.
Daily Responsibilities
- Administration and maintenance of MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL databases on Linux environments (installation, configuration, schema management).
- Performance optimization and query tuning, indexing, and execution plan analysis.
- Implementation and management of high availability, replication, clustering, and backup/recovery strategies.
- Automation of operational tasks and Level 2/3 technical support in collaboration with development and Ops teams.
Your Profile
- Proven 3-5 years of experience in database administration with at least 2 of the following technologies: MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
- 3-5 years of experience with Linux environments.
- Mastery of performance optimization techniques, query tuning, and high availability management.
- Skills in scripting and automation (Shell, Python, GitLab pipelines) on Linux environments.
- Good communication and teamwork skills with developers and operational staff.
- Ability to work in English in a multicultural environment with a Franco-Polish team.
- Analytical skills, ability to solve complex problems, and collaborate with technical teams.
