About the Role
The Sr. Creative Technologist role is part of the Solutions Consulting & Engineering team. This team delivers customer-focused, end-to-end technical solutions by combining business acumen with full-stack technical know-how. You will lead complex initiatives, define technical standards and AI-assisted workflows, mentor team members, and ensure quality and consistency in project delivery.
- Lead multi-disciplinary projects and technical workstreams.
- Define technical approaches and establish AI best practices.
- Evaluate and integrate new AI tools responsibly.
- Mentor colleagues and provide technical guidance.
- Support discovery phases and client engagements.
