About the Role
World Wide Technology is seeking a Senior Automation Developer to join their team. This role involves designing and implementing robust workflow automation solutions using low-code/no-code (LCNC) platforms. You will work collaboratively in a supportive environment, taking ownership to exceed client expectations and promote an "Automation-first" mindset.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust workflow automation solutions using industry standard LCNC platforms.
- Coordinate with Platform administration teams on Application Lifecycle Management, Platform Lifecycle Management, logging, monitoring & alerting best practices.
- Collaborate with Platform architects and administrators on governance, security, performance, and scalability best practices.
- Drive the adoption of workflow automation platforms within the organization.
- Apply user-centric design principles to develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Tackle and resolve complex issues related to performance, reliability, and security.
- Guide and support junior engineers through mentorship and technical advice.
- Learn, test, adopt, and recommend new automation technologies.
- Assist with production support, addressing and resolving live environment issues.
- Demonstrate flexibility working with diverse, global, cross-functional project teams.
- Lead agile development with Product Owner(s) through planning, prioritizing, designing, testing, and managing end-to-end solution delivery.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate Desktop).
- Strong experience in Dataverse.
- 2+ years of Experience with React (JavaScript/TypeScript, JSX).
- 3+ years of experience with Azure (or public cloud platform such as AWS, GCP, etc.).
- 2+ years of experience working with SQL and RDBMS systems (SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres, MySQL, etc.).
- 1+ years of experience working with enterprise-grade programming languages such as Python, C#, etc.
