The SC&E Digital team, part of this group, offers purpose-built products, unified commerce, emerging experiences (AR/VR/Metaverse) and advanced operational intelligence.
Role Overview - Creative Technologist - AI Native Engineering
The Creative Technologist owns discrete pieces of client work and translates ideas into working systems. Partnering with design, strategy, and engineering teams, the role focuses on delivering digital solutions using modern tools and generative AI strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Own features or workstreams from concept through delivery.
- Select tools and platforms that support project goals.
- Use generative AI strategically through research, prototyping, and implementation.
- Balance AI-driven solutions with manual approaches.
- Build workflows combining AI tools with human judgment.
- Translate business and experience goals into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with design, product, and strategy partners.
- Present work and technical reasoning clearly to teammates and clients.
- Contribute reusable patterns, templates, or internal tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 2–4 years of progressive experience in technology or digital development roles.
- Proven experience with modern development workflows and generative AI tools.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to balance speed, quality, and clarity in project delivery.
