Overview

The Lead Product Owner – Quality Assurance at World Wide Technology Healthcare Solutions is responsible for defining and executing the product vision for IT Quality Assurance, ensuring alignment between QA automation strategies, IT teams, and business objectives.

Quality Assurance Execution

  • Drive adoption of automated testing across IT teams.
  • Partner with delivery teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics, progress, and QA initiative health.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

  • 7+ years in Quality Assurance, Development, or DevOps.
  • 7+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or QA leader in an Agile environment.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience with QA automation frameworks, tools (Playwrite, Opkey, etc.).
  • Exposure to enterprise platforms such as Oracle, ServiceNow, and SaaS applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles and backlog management.

Competencies

  • Excellent communication; explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and prioritize competing demands.
  • Translate vision into strategy and actionable outcomes.
  • Build trust, manage ambiguity, and foster servant leadership.

Compensation & Benefits

The base pay estimate ranges from $118,800 to $148,500 annually based on multiple factors. In addition, full-time employees enjoy a benefits package including health care, financial benefits, generous PTO and additional perks.

Role Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Strategy: Provide vision and direction for QA Automation initiatives, partner with IT leaders, and define a clear roadmap.
  • Product Ownership: Build relationships with Product Managers, define and prioritize QA backlog, and ensure business value.
  • Track industry trends and manage process improvements, vendor relationships, and budgeting.
