Role Overview
As the Regional Advisor - Data and Analytics, you will lead the strategic development and implementation of child-focused data and analytics capabilities across the East Asia Region. You will drive evidence-based decision-making, program adaptation, and accountability for impact by operationalizing the Results for Children (RfC) framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and synthesize Impact Measurement data from Field Offices.
- Apply advanced analytics to generate actionable insights.
- Establish data governance mechanisms and build regional capacity.
- Implement data platforms and visualization tools like Power BI and Power Apps.
- Train and mentor diverse teams in data literacy and analytics.
- Engage with external partners including INGOs, UN agencies, and donors.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, International Development or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years in data analytics, M&E, or results-based program design.
- Experience in strategic data initiatives and organizational transformation.
- Proficient in using data visualization and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of RfC or similar child-focused impact measurement models.
