Role Overview
As the Advisor, Data Analytics – Compliance & Due Diligence, you will lead the data strategy, analytics, and reporting for the Compliance, Accountability & Due Diligence unit. You are responsible for designing and maintaining integrated datasets, dashboards, and analytical products that incorporate programme accountability, compliance, due diligence, and external commitments data.
Responsibilities
- Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Create and sustain integrated datasets and dashboards.
- Support evidence-based decision-making and risk management.
- Ensure robust and transparent reporting to stakeholders.
- Engage with Field Offices, Regional Offices and senior leaders.
Requirements
Candidates should have 7+ years of experience in data analytics, monitoring & evaluation, risk, compliance, accountability or related fields – preferably within the INGO or non-profit sector. Strong skills in dashboard design (using tools like Power BI or Tableau), data management, SQL, and at least one analytical/stats tool (Excel, Python, R) are essential. Excellent communication skills in English and a willingness to travel (up to 10% domestically and internationally) are also required.
