Role Description

This is a volunteer, remote position as one of the Global Chiefs of Staff for the World Spirit of the Game Foundation. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating international projects, supporting organizational leadership, managing communication channels, and streamlining operations. Other responsibilities include organizing virtual meetings, tracking progress across various initiatives, fostering collaboration among global teams, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. You will also contribute to the development of partnerships and assist in creating action plans to implement the foundation's vision effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, project management, and coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with NGOs, social movements, or community-focused organizations is a plus
• Proficiency in technology tools such as project management software, communication platforms, and document collaboration tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment and manage cross-cultural teams
• Passion for social impact initiatives, sustainability, and promoting equitable practices
• Leadership experience and the ability to collaborate with diverse partners
