Your Responsibilities

• You will technically and disciplinarily lead the Quality Engineering Team, responsible for onboarding new employees and the continuous development of the team.
• You will develop and implement test strategies, processes, and quality standards for our software products.
• You will plan, monitor, and optimize test activities throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
• You will work closely with your team, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve quality issues early.
• You will conceptualize, maintain, and continuously develop test automation solutions and frameworks.
• You will independently drive quality assurance topics and KPIs, analyze test results, and create meaningful reports and dashboards for management and SCRUM teams.

What You Bring

• You possess profound experience in ensuring software quality and associated methodologies (e.g., ISTQB), with comprehensive knowledge in test automation at integration and end-to-end levels.
• You have experience in building and maintaining automation platforms, especially for Cloud Services within CI/CD pipelines.
• You have programming skills, ideally in TypeScript or comparable languages.
• You have experience in developing team structures, team building, and guiding and shaping growth. You effectively lead employees and foster their personal and professional development.
• You enjoy change processes and actively promote innovation. Your interest in product development and improvement motivates you to sustainably advance our product in the market.
• You identify weaknesses in existing processes and initiate pragmatic improvements perfectly aligned with our company.
