Job Role: IT Administration and DevOps Specialist
You will play a key role in keeping our IT infrastructure secure, efficient, and scalable while supporting our developers to deliver exceptional software.
Key Responsibilities Include:
IT and Security System Administration:
- Manage and maintain servers, networks, and security systems
- Monitor and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Administer desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and end-user systems
- Perform routine maintenance, system updates, backups, and disaster recovery
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support
- Train employees on IT systems and security best practices
DevOps:
- Manage developer onboarding/offboarding in AWS infrastructure
- Integrate security into the DevOps pipeline
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure costs
- Ensure production environment reliability and security
- Utilize IAM, Git, and GitHub workflows effectively
- Mentor and train engineers
- Automate tasks using scripting for builds, testing, and configurations
Stretch Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain a robust CI/CD DevOps infrastructure
- Enhance the DevOps toolchain with research and automation
- Stay updated on new AWS offerings and services
Who You Are:
- 2+ years experience as an IT Specialist
- 2+ years in DevOps with Agile experience
- Strong understanding of roadmap development with product managers
- Collaborative and proactive with global teamwork experience
- Familiarity with AWS cloud technologies and Agile tools
