Workstate seeks a Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery while promoting high-quality standards in our software development life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Drive high-quality standards within the software development life cycle.
  • Manage software development projects from inception through delivery.
  • Facilitate collaboration between multiple engineering teams and diverse stakeholders.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise communication.
  • Apply Agile methodologies and utilize relevant project management tools.
  • Proactively manage risks and resolve conflicts effectively.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated some of the following skills professionally, but not necessarily all:

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, specifically in technical environments.
  • Proven experience in managing software development projects from inception to delivery.
  • Large program experience involving multiple engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise communication for diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in risk management and conflict resolution.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
