Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Drive high-quality standards within the software development life cycle.
- Manage software development projects from inception through delivery.
- Facilitate collaboration between multiple engineering teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise communication.
- Apply Agile methodologies and utilize relevant project management tools.
- Proactively manage risks and resolve conflicts effectively.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated some of the following skills professionally, but not necessarily all:
- 5+ years of experience in program management, specifically in technical environments.
- Proven experience in managing software development projects from inception to delivery.
- Large program experience involving multiple engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise communication for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in risk management and conflict resolution.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
