Your New Role as a GTM Developer
ShareGate’s Growth Go-To-Market (GTM) squad aims to integrate every important signal – product usage, web intent, ad spend, and creative performance – into a single revenue engine. As a GTM Developer, you’ll design and ship AI-powered systems, dashboards, and playbooks that transform these signals into pipeline, accelerate learning cycles, and enhance seller satisfaction. This role is embedded within Marketing & RevOps, focusing on building rather than back-office operations.
Responsibilities
- Reusable automation modules: Build backbone workflows using tools like Clay, HeyReach, HubSpot, Snowflake, CommonRoom, and SmartLead to power outbound or nurture plays.
- GTM playbooks & enablement: Translate modules into crisp SOPs, Loom demos, and copy-ready plays for AI agents, SDRs, marketers, or CSMs.
- Insight products: Ship dashboards that surface ad ROAS, content engagement, and next-best-action suggestions.
- AI agents & content generators: Deploy LLM tooling for rapid research, message personalization, and creative testing at scale.
- Data quality & deliverability: Maintain sender reputation ≥ 95%, ensure clean scores, and airtight attribution.
What Your Future Team Looks Like
The GTM Engineering team is a lean, AI-native group within the Marketing function. It includes a Senior Manager (GTM AI Engineering) and a GTM Architect. We partner daily with Sales, Demand Gen, Brand, and Data to build intelligent systems that eliminate manual work and accelerate execution. We are builders, excited by AI's power to design smart workflows, automate decisions, and amplify human creativity across Sales and Marketing, offering both challenge and purpose.
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals with:
- Growth-automation & full-stack engineering: Experience shipping end-to-end features in Cursor/Python/TypeScript (Next.js), wiring REST & webhook APIs, and leveraging low-code orchestrators (n8n, Zapier) for speed.
- Generative-AI workflow design: Expertise in prompt engineering, LLM chaining/agent orchestration, and vector search, capable of spinning up reusable AI components quickly.
- Funnel & performance analytics: Fluent in SQL, cohort and conversion analysis, experimentation metrics, and dashboarding from warehouse to BI.
- RevOps systems & deliverability: Ability to model CRM objects, sequencing and lead-routing logic, plus implement sender-reputation and compliance safeguards.
Nice-to-have:
- PLG SaaS growth experience.
- Shipped an LLM-powered AI agent solving a business workflow.
- Automated repetitive GTM or ops tasks with AI.
- Built features with an AI SDK (OpenAI, Vercel AI SDK, etc.).
- Published content explaining technical concepts.
