What You'll Actually Do
- Partner with Account Executives on 5-10 enterprise opportunities simultaneously—not as "support," but as a co-pilot driving technical credibility
- Lead deep discovery conversations that uncover real architectural needs, not just surface-level requirements
- Build proof of concept environments that demonstrate tangible value (no slideware—actual working solutions)
- Deliver technical presentations and demos that resonate with both engineers and business leaders
- Handle technical objections with confidence and transparency
- Feed customer insights back to product teams to shape the roadmap
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Pre-Sales role (or developer experience with strong client-facing skills)
- Deep comfort with APIs, webhooks, authentication protocols, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- The ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences—this is the superpower
- Experience navigating the full sales cycle, from discovery to technical validation to close
- English fluency; additional languages are a plus given the global scope
