Job Description
The Opportunity for a Product Manager at Workhuman
Workhuman is seeking a Product Manager to join our Core Recognition product team. This role is responsible for owning and evolving a key part of the recognition experience used by millions of employees around the world.
Recognition sits at the heart of the Workhuman platform, shaping how employees acknowledge one another, how organizational values show up in daily work, and how people feel connected to their teams and culture. As a Product Manager, you will help define and deliver intuitive, meaningful recognition experiences that drive engagement, satisfaction, and measurable program impact at enterprise scale.
You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Activation, Customer Excellence, and Product Marketing to bring new capabilities to life and continuously improve how recognition is discovered, created, and experienced across global organizations.
This is a hybrid role which requires 3 days a week onsite in our Dublin, Ireland office.
What We Can Offer You
- End-to-end ownership of a meaningful slice of the Core Recognition experience, with accountability from problem definition through delivery, launch, and measurable impact.
- The opportunity to shape experiences used by millions of employees globally, balancing intuitive UX with enterprise-scale complexity and performance.
- Deep, day-to-day partnership with Engineering and Design, owning an outcome-driven backlog that supports iterative, high-quality delivery.
- A discovery-led environment where experimentation, learning, and customer insight meaningfully influence product direction and decisions.
- Visibility and influence across the product organization, contributing to roadmap discussions, leadership readouts, and cross-team alignment.
- The chance to drive real engagement and behavior change, with success measured through adoption, recognition quality, satisfaction, and program impact.
The Skills You Will Bring as a Product Manager
- Proven experience owning user-facing B2B software products at enterprise scale, with sound judgment around global applicability, performance, and experience consistency.
- Strong product leadership and outcome-driven decision-making, with the ability to define success, make trade-offs, and drive meaningful user and business impact.
- High comfort operating in ambiguity, translating complex, loosely defined problem spaces into clear direction and executable plans.
- Deep partnership with Engineering and Design, influencing discovery, delivery, and iteration through strong product thinking rather than authority.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills, able to shape alignment and influence decisions across product, technology, and customer-facing teams.
- Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to guide strategy and execution, with a practical, forward-looking perspective on how AI-powered capabilities can enhance user experiences and outcomes over time.
Achievements for a Successful Product Manager Candidate
- Own a product area end-to-end, establishing a clear product direction and maintaining a healthy, outcome-oriented backlog aligned to engineering capacity.
- Deliver measurable improvements in engagement, adoption, satisfaction, or quality, using data to define success and inform ongoing decisions.
- Lead discovery and experimentation efforts that reduced risk, challenged assumptions, and meaningfully influenced product direction.
- Navigate complex trade-offs across user experience, technical constraints, and business priorities in an enterprise environment.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional partners to drive consistent execution and alignment.
- Clearly communicate progress, priorities, risks, and trade-offs in roadmap reviews and leadership forums.
