Veeva Specialist
WorkGenius Group, a leading Healthcare Marketing Agency, is seeking a diligent Veeva Specialist to support critical workflows. This is a part-time, contract position for approximately one month, requiring 5-15 hours per week. If you have 1-3 years of experience in Veeva platforms within regulated healthcare or pharma environments, you are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Upload materials into Veeva platforms following established processes.
- Apply required metadata, annotations, versioning, and market-specific requirements.
- Route materials for review and track approval status within Veeva.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure materials are accurate, complete, and compliant.
- Communicate status updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience supporting Veeva workflows in regulated healthcare, pharma, or marketing environments.
- Hands-on experience with Veeva uploads, routing, and approvals.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Familiarity with regulated review processes.
