The Workday Success Plans Team is dedicated to our customers' post Go-Live journey. They drive business value through a range of programs including feature demonstrations and full deployments.
About The Role
As a Sr Talent Learning Recruiting Consultant, you will ensure the successful implementation of Workday's product solutions by providing expert guidance on configuration and testing to meet client business requirements.
About You
Candidates should have over 5 years of IT implementation experience, with expertise in Talent, Learning or Recruiting systems (including Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards) and at least 2 years in software consulting. A Workday Certification or the ability to certify in Recruiting, Learning, or Talent is required. Strong multitasking, problem solving, and communication skills are essential, and fluency in additional languages is a plus.
