About The Role: Solution Consultant

Workday is seeking outstanding Pre-Sales Solution Consultants in the UK for our Human Capital Management (HCM) suite, specifically within the large enterprise segment. This role focuses on the Industry team, specializing in Professional and Business Services, leveraging your strong HCM skillset. You will demonstrate Workday's product and extend the value of next-generation HCM applications for new customers.

As an HCM Solution Consultant, you will utilize your in-depth product knowledge of Workday’s HCM enterprise software and industry expertise to provide deep functional insights throughout the sales process. Partnering with Account Executives, you will engage in discovery to understand an organization's current environment and deliver relevant, impactful presentations and product demonstrations illustrating how Workday’s Enterprise applications can address requirements, solve business concerns, and create value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.
  • Assist in closing sales opportunities by thoroughly understanding and resolving questions regarding our solutions, services, and training.
  • Contribute to prospect qualification, proposed demonstration criteria, proof-of-concept system builds, and sales cycle closure plans.
  • Support all sales, marketing, technical, and channel objectives.
  • Assist sales in responding to RFIs/RFPs.
  • Build trusted-advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders, including influencers and decision-makers.
  • Continuously upgrade your skillsets and knowledge through Workday’s provided learning opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Professional experience in a Pre-Sales, Sales Consulting, or HR role.
  • Expert knowledge of administrative systems related to HR.
  • An understanding of Cloud-based HCM SaaS solutions is desired.
  • Experience presenting administrative computing solutions to technical and business audiences.
  • Strong functional experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and strong presentation skills, fluent in English.
