About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Technical Consultant - Data Conversion adept at serving as the primary liaison for technical inquiries, both internally and with our esteemed clients. You'll be pivotal in presenting our technology, devising solutions for client obstacles, and addressing their queries and requirements with assurance and efficiency.

• Act as the professional source for integration through the Project implementation including Pre-sales, Sales & Post-sale for new and existing clients.
• Working with clients and partners to solve technical challenges regarding their unique environment and requirements.
• Leading improvements and Enabling our sales and engineering process (via tools, processes, and other initiatives).
• Creating documentation, whitepapers, and other supporting material for internal and client usage.

About You: Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with data migration, integration development, report building, or software development.
• 4+ years of experience with technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design.
• 4+ years of Human Resource, Payroll, Financials, Supply Chain, or Student domain experience.
• AI Fluency: Familiarity with AI concepts, including LLM integration and agentic workflow design.

Other Qualifications

• Proficient with ETL, SQL/MySQL, XML, Microsoft Excel, stored procedures or other data tooling.
• Experience working with customers and/or team members and leading data requirements sessions.
• Participation in a minimum of 1 full life cycle software implementation.
• Understanding of the complete software implementation lifecycle - including data requirements gathering, dataset migration, data reconciliation, and move to production.
• 4+ years of experience coordinating and collaborating with cross organizational partners to define requirements and resolve data issues.
• 4+ years of experience mapping, transforming, and loading data from source to target software systems.
• Experience in a Data Conversion work stream on a software implementation.
• Preferable - Experience using GitHub.
• Preferable - Experience with Python and/or Ruby.
• Preferable - Prior experience with Workday data conversion technologies such as iLoad, EIB, Advanced Load.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $117,000 USD - $175,400 USD

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $111,000 USD - $197,300 USD

Additional Considerations: If performed in Colorado, the pay range for this job is $117,000 - $175,400 USD based on min and max pay range for that role if performed in CO.
