About the Role

As the Product Design Leader Evisort AI, you will lead a team of talented designers delivering innovative, AI-powered user experiences. You will shape the product roadmap, mentor your team as a player-coach, and work closely with Product and Engineering to turn high-level visions into tangible results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver best-in-class user experiences for cutting-edge AI/ML features.
  • Define and drive a clear UX strategy and design vision.
  • Create strategic design deliverables supporting cross-functional collaboration.
  • Translate vision into actionable plans with measurable impact.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to implement scalable solutions.
  • Mentor and guide the design team while contributing directly to design work.
  • Establish and uphold design standards and best practices.

About You

You bring 10+ years in product, service, or solution design and 5+ years leading UX and product design teams. You have a strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, preferably with Generative AI experience, and are accustomed to designing complex enterprise systems.

The role comes with a competitive annualized base salary and benefits. Pay ranges vary by location, with primary base pay in Seattle and additional ranges for other regions. Flex Work offers a hybrid model with a blend of in-person and remote work.
