About the Role
As a Principal Product Manager - Workday AI, you will own the delivery of AI-powered agents. You might build customer-facing agents or frameworks for Workday’s application teams. You will work at high velocity, experimenting, innovating, and iterating on AI methods to deliver measurable business value.
General Responsibilities
- Build and ship state-of-the-art AI capabilities or infrastructure.
- Identify high ROI AI opportunities and advocate internally.
- Interface with customers to validate solutions and execute discovery work.
- Champion product externally while voicing the customer internally.
- Manage Early Adopter programs and collaborate with development teams.
- Clearly communicate new capabilities to varied audiences.
- Define value outcomes and set measurable metrics for AI investments.
About You
You have over 7 years of product management experience and at least 5 years with SaaS/B2B. You are technically proficient with AI and LLM-powered technology, and bring a passion for customer advocacy, stakeholder management, and rapid decision-making in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
