About The Team
The team consists of 6 legal analysts and 6 business analysts supporting CLM/CI customer implementation projects. Legal Analysts validate AI model extracts while Business Analysts configure and test pre-signature CLM workflows, interacting directly with customers in North America and Dublin.
About the Role
The Manager, AI and Process Automation Services will lead multidisciplinary teams in executing AI tasks, document review, data remediation, generative AI model development, and workflow automation to support Workday CLM’s mission of delivering high-quality AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee staffing, resource allocation, team deliverables, and project financials.
- Lead and motivate teams to analyze and remediate data issues.
- Develop AI models and review documents for accuracy.
- Create custom AI prompts and automate pre-signature contract lifecycle workflows.
- Plan, execute, and document projects including stakeholder communication.
- Engage with clients to ensure alignment with project objectives.

About You
You bring a mix of technical, organizational, and domain-specific skills. With experience in legal and contract lifecycle management, AI project oversight, and multidisciplinary team leadership, you are adept at planning, stakeholder management, and process improvement.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree plus a Juris Doctor or similar legal background is highly desirable. Experience in CLM/CI with a minimum of 3+ years in the relevant domain and leadership roles in AI and contract projects are essential.
Flexible Work Approach
Workday offers a flexible work model. The role requires at least 50% office or field time each quarter. This hybrid approach combines remote work with periodic in-person collaboration.
