- 0-3 months: $1,200 USD/month
- After 3 months: You’ll receive a $50 monthly Wellness Bonus to support a healthy and balanced work life (total: $1,250/month).
- After 1 year: Salary increases to $1,340 USD/month
- After 2 years: Salary increases to $1,480 USD/month
- After 3 years: Salary increases to $1,540 USD/month
- After 4 years: Salary increases to $1,600 USD/month
Annual Adjustments: You’ll also receive a raise each year and company-wide compensation adjustments as we continue to grow together.

Job Description: Human Resources Assistant
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support daily human resources operations, assist with the recruitment process, and help ensure a smooth employee experience. The ideal candidate will be organized, resourceful, and able to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to both HR and talent acquisition efforts, working closely with the HR and Recruitment teams.
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including collecting documentation and updating employee records
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee files (digital and physical)
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, training sessions, and other HR-related events
- Draft employment letters, rejection emails, and other HR correspondence
- Assist with payroll preparation and tracking employee attendance or leave records
- Help organize internal initiatives such as engagement activities, training programs, or surveys
- Respond to internal HR-related queries and requests from employees in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations
- Support performance review cycles by tracking deadlines and collecting feedback
- Collaborate with the HR and Recruitment teams on process improvement projects
Required Skills & Qualifications
- At least 2 years of proven experience as an HR Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Strong understanding of HR functions (payroll, benefits, performance reviews, onboarding/offboarding)
- Experience supporting recruitment processes, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
Technical Requirements
- Processor: Intel 11th Gen (or equivalent AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows users and M2 for Macs
- RAM: 16 GB minimum
- 25 - 50 Mbps Internet Speed (Min)
- USB headset with noise-canceling (ideally)
