Responsibilities

As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will:

  • Manage the executive’s calendar across time zones.
  • Screen, draft, and respond to emails on behalf of executives.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics.
  • Conduct business research and prepare concise summaries.
  • Maintain and update contact databases and CRM systems.
  • Answer and route calls professionally for stakeholders.
  • Assist with report preparations, meeting agendas, and follow-up tasks.
  • Support special projects and executive-level personal tasks.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant for CEOs or high-profile managers.
  • Expertise with Microsoft 365.
  • Proficient written and spoken English (C1 or C2 level).
  • Appropriate work-from-home environment.

Technical Requirements

  • Processor: Intel 11th Gen or AMD Ryzen 5000 series for Windows users and M2 for Macs.
  • RAM: Minimum 16 GB.
  • Internet: 25 - 50 Mbps minimum speed.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Starting salary: $1,125 USD/month.
  • After 3 months: additional $50 monthly Wellness Bonus.
  • After 1 year: salary increases to $1,300 USD/month.
  • After 2 years: salary increases to $1,350 USD/month.
  • Annual salary adjustments.
  • 18 paid vacation days + U.S. federal holidays.
  • Paid maternity/paternity leave (after 1 year, up to 2 months at 50% salary coverage).
