About the Assistant Project Manager Role
WorkBetterNow is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support full-time remote projects for U.S.-based companies. This position is open to professionals from LATAM and the Caribbean with strong English skills (C1/C2) and a commitment to career growth.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.
- Create detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and track progress.
- Assign tasks and ensure team clarity and accountability.
- Coordinate project activities across internal teams, vendors, and contractors.
- Monitor risks, issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status and changes to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage project budgets and track expenses as per guidelines.
Qualifications & Technical Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in project management, advanced English proficiency (C1/C2), and experience with project management CRMs (ASANA, Trello, Monday.com, etc.). Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and having a proper work-from-home setup are necessary. Technical requirements include an Intel 11th Gen or equivalent AMD Ryzen processor (or M2 for Mac), minimum 16 GB RAM, and at least 25-50 Mbps internet speed.
