Role Overview: Assistant Project Manager

This role involves full-time (40 hours/week) project management work as an independent contractor. You will assist U.S. businesses with their administrative and project management needs, working during U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and track milestones
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities ensuring clarity and accountability
  • Coordinate activities and resources among internal and external teams
  • Monitor risks, issues, dependencies and implement mitigation strategies
  • Communicate status updates and changes to stakeholders and senior management
  • Manage project budgets and track financial expenditures

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience
  • Experience with administrative tasks and project management tools (ASANA, Trello, Monday.com, etc.)
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 or C2)
  • Expertise with Microsoft 365
  • Adequate home office setup

Technical Requirements

  • Processor: Intel 11th Gen / AMD Ryzen 5000 series or equivalent
  • RAM: Minimum 16 GB
  • Internet: 25-50 Mbps minimum

Benefits & Compensation

  • Starting salary: $1,125 USD/month
  • Wellness Bonus after 3 months: additional $50 USD/month
  • Salary increases after 1 and 2 years
