Role Overview: Assistant Project Manager
This role involves full-time (40 hours/week) project management work as an independent contractor. You will assist U.S. businesses with their administrative and project management needs, working during U.S. business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and track milestones
- Assign tasks and responsibilities ensuring clarity and accountability
- Coordinate activities and resources among internal and external teams
- Monitor risks, issues, dependencies and implement mitigation strategies
- Communicate status updates and changes to stakeholders and senior management
- Manage project budgets and track financial expenditures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience
- Experience with administrative tasks and project management tools (ASANA, Trello, Monday.com, etc.)
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or C2)
- Expertise with Microsoft 365
- Adequate home office setup
Technical Requirements
- Processor: Intel 11th Gen / AMD Ryzen 5000 series or equivalent
- RAM: Minimum 16 GB
- Internet: 25-50 Mbps minimum
Benefits & Compensation
- Starting salary: $1,125 USD/month
- Wellness Bonus after 3 months: additional $50 USD/month
- Salary increases after 1 and 2 years
