Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendar across time zones.
- Screen, draft, and respond to emails for the executive team.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics.
- Conduct business research and prepare concise summaries.
- Maintain and update contact databases and CRM systems.
- Answer and route calls professionally.
- Assist with report, meeting agenda preparation and follow-up tasks.
- Support special projects and personal executive tasks.
Qualifications & Technical Requirements
- 2+ years experience as an executive assistant for high-profile managers.
- Expertise with Microsoft 365.
- Proficient written and spoken English (C1 or C2 level).
- Appropriate work-from-home environment.
- Processor: Intel 11th Gen / AMD Ryzen 5000 series or equivalent, and M2 for Macs.
- Minimum 16 GB RAM and internet speed of 25-50 Mbps.
