Role Overview: Administrative Assistant

We are searching for experienced executive assistants to support our CEO and executive team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing executive calendars across time zones
  • Screening, drafting, and responding to emails
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel logistics
  • Conducting business research and preparing summaries
  • Maintaining contact databases and CRM systems
  • Answering and routing calls professionally
  • Assisting with reports, agendas, and follow-up tasks
  • Supporting special projects and executive personal tasks

Qualifications & Technical Requirements

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of executive assistant experience with expertise in Microsoft 365 and excellent English communication skills (C1/C2). A proper work-from-home environment and technical set-up including Intel 11th Gen/M2 processor, 16GB RAM, and reliable internet (25-50 Mbps) are required.
