Responsibilities

As a Senior Technical Consultant at Workato, you will assist customers in adopting the Workato platform for integration and automation from both business and technical perspectives. This remote role, open to candidates anywhere in India, involves defining and driving best practices with customer stakeholders, and extending product functionality through continuous improvement of engagement practices.

• Onboard new customers by providing technical consulting, guidance, and enablement to achieve quick value.
• Engage with customers to gather integration and automation requirements, leading solution design.
• Share business and technical best practices related to deployment models and governance structures.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on customer feedback, identifying platform enhancement opportunities.
• Become a Workato evangelist, demonstrating business automation in various industries and solutions.
• Act as a trusted customer advisor and advocate within Workato.
• Conduct post-onboarding deployment health checks and provide optimization guidance.
• Contribute to team growth by creating content like presentations, demos, and online courses.
• Prioritize and deliver outstanding customer service experience.
• Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, performing assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in solutions and implementation consulting.
• Strong knowledge of integrations and system design principles.
• Good understanding of technology and industry trends, especially in app integration.
• Demonstrated ability to implement quality integration solutions with best practices.
• Good understanding of on-premise infrastructure & cloud-based deployments, configurations, monitoring & management.
• Demonstrated understanding of the SDLC & end-to-end experience in developing, supporting & troubleshooting integrations.
• Ability to create quality technical documentation.
• Experience with at least one (1) Integration Platform: Workato, Tray, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, WebMethods, Oracle Integration Suite.
• Experience with cloud business apps like Workday / NetSuite / Salesforce / Servicenow / SAP is a plus.
• Experience with web development frameworks and knowledge of JS frontend and backend is a plus.
• Experience with OEM or embedded SaaS solutions is a plus.
• Experience embedding third-party integrations or iFrames into web apps is a plus.
