Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative at Workato, you will:

  • Uncover and develop new opportunities through outbound activities.
  • Build a strong pipeline of sales opportunities to achieve targets.
  • Set up meetings and work closely with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Consult with customers to understand current usage and potential growth.
  • Continuously improve through feedback and proactive participation.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on campaigns and go-to-market efforts with Marketing.
  • Refine strategy for targeted territories with Sales Team.
  • Conduct cold calling and email outreach to prospects.

Qualifications

Experience: 6 months - 1 year of Sales Development experience preferred. Fresh graduates may apply.

Technical Skills: Some technical aptitude and a strong understanding of integration and automation solutions; familiarity with business applications like Google Apps, Outreach, Zoominfo, Slack, and SFDC.

Soft Skills: High energy, positive attitude, strong work ethic, self-directed, resourceful; excellent communication skills and customer orientation; ability to manage and drive a sales cycle in a dynamic start-up environment.
