Role Overview
The Inbound Sales Development Representative at Workato is responsible for qualifying high quality inbound leads from various sources such as website, chat, events, and trials. You will manage and optimize lead flows, work with CRM systems and modern tools, and support Sales and Marketing projects aimed at revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with AEs, SDR manager, and Marketing to generate a strong pipeline.
- Respond to high quality leads within 5 minutes.
- Overcome objections and answer initial customer questions effectively.
- Utilize the lead qualification process and document sales data in Salesforce.
- Support Marketing with testing, execution, and reporting on lead quality.
- Meet weekly goals and established metrics using provided sales tools.
Requirements & Culture
