Responsibilities

As a Commercial Account Executive, you will:

  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Drive new relationships in strategic accounts across Germany, Austria, and Swiss regions.
  • Engage in peer-level conversations with C-suite executives.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, Consulting, and Partner Management teams.
  • Share best practices and contribute to company growth.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5+ years in a full cycle, closing role in Complex Solution Sales, SaaS.
  • Experience managing relationships with fast growing and innovative companies.
  • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar Sales Framework.

Soft Skills:

  • Team player comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Desire to build new, world-changing solutions rather than follow established playbooks.
