We operate across multiple sectors including swimming pool maintenance, lifeguard management, aquatic safety training programs, Balance Bike Federation and coach certification, youth sports education, and event & competition organization. We are actively building an integrated digital ecosystem and are seeking a systems-oriented, AI-driven professional to design and optimize our digital and SaaS infrastructure.
Role Overview: AI & SaaS Integration Specialist
This part-time, project-based, or long-term collaboration position focuses on designing scalable digital systems that support core operations within our Aquatic Services, Sports Federation & Training Programs industry. The role involves optimizing workflows for lifeguard attendance, pool maintenance, coach certification, event management, and sports program registration, with a strong emphasis on automation and AI integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design structured SaaS frameworks for staff management, maintenance logs, event registration & competition scoring, and course enrollment & certification workflows.
- Optimize and rebuild federation websites using platforms like Webflow, WordPress, or Framer.
- Integrate AI tools into content creation and operational processes.
- Build database logic and develop digital workflows using No-Code tools such as Airtable, Notion, and Zapier.
- Develop robust digital workflows for event planning, participant management, and competition structuring.
- Provide long-term digital strategy support to ensure scalable and efficient operations.
Preferred Skills
- Strong systems architecture thinking and a strategic mindset.
- Demonstrated experience with Webflow, WordPress, or Framer.
- Proficiency in No-Code tools including Airtable, Notion, and Zapier.
- Experience with event management systems.
- Familiarity with AI workflow integration and automation.
- Organized, independent, and capable of long-term strategic collaboration.
Compensation
Compensation for the AI & SaaS Integration Specialist role is CAD $30–60 per hour, or can be negotiated on a project-based fee, depending on experience. This position offers potential for a long-term strategic partnership.
