The Rider Delivery Fee Service Team manages the policies and systems for calculating and paying rider delivery fees. We focus on optimizing pricing to provide excellent delivery quality and offer services to achieve this. Developers, PMs, and PAs work as one team, growing together by 고민 (deliberating) and improving to provide better value to customers. We are looking for colleagues who embrace the experience of collaborating with various related departments using delivery fee and delivery process data as a new challenge.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze root causes of issues based on delivery fee and delivery data, and derive improvement plans.
• Manage organizational goals, metrics, and performance data.
• Extract data and build dashboards from the perspective of delivery quality and delivery fee efficiency.
• Monitor issues and coordinate with relevant departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis and practical work.
• Proficient in data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to diagnose and solve problems through complex and diverse data analysis.
• Proficient in processing, extracting, analyzing, and reporting data using SQL (intermediate or higher), Excel/Google Spreadsheets, and Python.
• Possesses strategic problem-solving skills and logical thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

• No difficulty with English communication.
• Experience collaborating with various departments.
