This is an experienced role, requiring 5+ years of relevant experience.
Team Introduction
We are responsible for developing and operating the delivery infrastructure system that enables instant delivery for Baemin Delivery and B-Mart orders. Our goal is to ensure that even with sudden increases in orders, customers always receive their chicken hot and iced americanos cold. We achieve this by planning and developing a robust system.
We strive to create an environment where everyone, from experienced professional riders to Baemin Connect partners working in their spare time, can safely deliver and earn income. Our team, consisting of PMs, developers, Business Analysts, and data scientists, collaborates to provide greater customer value, constantly improve, and grow together.
We are looking for colleagues who will join us in creating last-mile delivery customer value and embracing new challenges.
Responsibilities
- Analyze various issues based on delivery data to identify root causes and propose improvement plans.
- Extract and visualize data related to delivery quality/efficiency, and build comprehensive dashboards.
- Monitor issues and collaborate with relevant departments for resolution.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in data analysis, demonstrating the ability to solve real business/delivery problems and improve metrics through data-driven insights.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Adept at diagnosing and resolving complex problems through diverse data analysis.
- Skilled in utilizing SQL (intermediate or higher), Excel/Google Spreadsheets, and Python for data processing, extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Possesses strategic problem-solving abilities and logical thinking.
- Proven experience in proactively leading projects to successful outcomes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or deep understanding of the E-commerce, O2O, or retail industries.
- Proficient in flexible communication and collaboration with various departments, based on understanding and respect.
- Holds certifications for data analysis tools.
- Fluent in English for effective communication and collaboration with global entities.
