Job Description

The SAP LE Consultant will provide strategic guidance to users, document current business processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend system improvements. The role requires communicating with Samsung HQ for managing and optimizing processes within the SAP Logistics module, and supporting users across Samsung Electronics sites in North America.

  • Provide on-call support for troubleshooting and corrections.
  • Train end users and document technical procedures.
  • Monitor system performance and report issues.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience with SAP applications.
  • Hands-on configuration experience in ECC 6 or HANA environment.
  • Experience with EDI document types.
  • Project management experience including testing and training.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Experience with ABAP debugging and full lifecycle SAP implementations.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to challenge established practices.
