Job Description

The Logistics Business Operator (Sr. Staff) is responsible for managing the entire process of product movement via air, ocean, and land transportation. Key duties include:

• Monitoring shipments across various channels
• Reporting monthly on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the supply chain
• Liaising daily with customers, carriers, and internal teams
• Developing performance metrics to evaluate operational performance
• Ensuring documentation and record keeping are maintained
• Analyzing corporate logistics to optimize cost-effective transportation methods
• Coordinating with site managers to ensure effective operations
• Performing ad-hoc reporting and additional duties as required

Salary

$29 - $32/hr

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 3-5+ years of logistics industry experience including freight forwarding
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a sense of urgency
• Korean bilingual required
• Ability to travel up to 10% within the U.S.
