Job Description

The Logistic Business Operation Project Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and managing the complete process of product movement via air, ocean, and land transportation. The role involves tracking shipments across channels, reporting on key performance indicators (KPI's) for supply chain functions, and daily liaison with customers, carriers, and internal staff.

• Monitor and manage product movement via multiple transportation modes.
• Track shipments and report monthly on supply chain KPIs.
• Develop performance metrics and ensure proper record keeping.
• Coordinate with site managers and perform ad-hoc reporting.
• Analyze logistics for cost effectiveness and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1-3+ years of logistics experience including freight forwarding and strategy planning.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to travel up to 10% in the U.S.
