Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage product movement via air, ocean, and land.
• Track shipments across channels and report monthly KPIs.
• Liaise daily with customers, carriers, and internal staff.
• Develop performance metrics for internal and external operations.
• Maintain records of logistics transactions and account documentation.
• Analyze logistics processes for cost-effective transportation.
• Coordinate with site managers and co-workers for effective operations.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting and other related duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1-3+ years in the logistics industry, with freight forwarding experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% in the U.S.
