Job Description

The East Retail Strategy Team Staff will support sales strategy planning and regulation establishment, manage and analyze key indicator data, and improve sales efficiency through system and process enhancements. This role also fosters internal communication, assists in organizing marketing events, and contributes to overall sales growth and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and establish sales strategies and regulations.
• Manage and analyze key indicator data.
• Improve sales systems and processes.
• Foster positive internal communications.
• Assist in organizing marketing events and campaigns.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in retail, sales, or marketing; retail partnerships preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Organized, detail-oriented, creative, and capable of multitasking.
• Highly driven, responsible, and eager to learn.

Salary

$45-55k per year (DOE).
