Job Description

The role of e-Commerce Business Analyst - Bilingual (Korean/English) primarily involves business analysis and communication with the system development team. It also encompasses aspects of user interface and application module management.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze user requirements and create documentation for both business users and developers.
  • Monitor and test new system developments.
  • Manage aspects of user interface and application modules.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in IT and/or MIS related discipline.
  • Bilingual in English and Korean (read, write, speak).

Required Skills:

  • System analysis and knowledge of system interfaces including XML.
  • Experience in generating system and business process documentation.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • 1+ year experience in business process analysis (Sales or logistics/e-Commerce experience is a plus).
  • Ability to guide and consult clients on business processes.
  • Knowledge of ERP logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Basic understanding of SQL and web system management.
  • Retail or e-Commerce experience, or relevant internship exposure.

Salary

Annual salary range: 68,000 - 73,000
