Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze user requirements and create system documentation.
  • Communicate effectively between business users and the system development team.
  • Monitor and test new system developments.
  • Manage traditional user interface and application modules.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements: Bachelor Degree in IT and/or MIS related discipline.

Language Requirements: Bilingual in Korean and English (reading, writing, speaking).

Technical Skills:

  • System analysis ability and knowledge of system interfaces including XML.
  • Experience in generating system and business process documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and web system management.

Preferred Experience: 1+ year of business process analysis, sales/logistics or e-commerce system exposure, ERP logistics, supply chain processes, and retail/eCommerce experience.
