Job Description

As a Business System Analyst - Bilingual (English/Korean) at Woongjin, Inc, you will support the maintenance, enhancement, and implementation of enterprise systems. You will work closely with teams in Korea to support Global Systems.

• Validate new system features via testing and training.
• Provide feedback to the headquarters development team.
• Collaborate with global teams and manage large-scale projects.

Qualifications & Special Skills

• Fluency in English; Korean proficiency is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 3+ years IT experience (max 8 years).
• Experience in project management, system design and evaluation.
• Familiarity with databases (Oracle), Java, Spring, SQL, and networking basics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work independently or in a team, with strong communication and quick learning skills.

Salary

$72,000 - $77,000 per year.
