Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Business System Analyst - Bilingual (English/Korean) to support maintenance, enhancement, and implementation of enterprise systems. You will collaborate with teams in Korea to support global systems, test new feature releases, conduct user training, and provide critical feedback to the headquarters development team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate new system features through robust testing
  • Conduct user training sessions and create documentation
  • Collaborate with Korea-based teams for global support
  • Run data analytics to derive metrics and insights
  • Work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English; Korean proficiency is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 3 years experience (max 8 years)
  • Experience managing, designing, and evaluating large projects
  • Knowledge of databases (e.g., Oracle) and familiarity with Java, Spring, and SQL
  • Understanding of basic networking terminology and concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Exposure to Windows, UNIX, and Linux operating systems
