Job Description

Woongjin, Inc. is seeking an experienced Business System Analyst to support the maintenance, enhancement, and implementation of enterprise systems. This role involves collaborating closely with teams in Korea to support Global Systems, validating new system features through testing and user training, and providing feedback to the headquarters development team.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English; Korean proficiency is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with 3 to 8 years in IT or related fields
  • Project management, design, and evaluation experience in large scale projects
  • Experience with databases (e.g., Oracle) and development using Java, Spring, and SQL is a plus
  • Understanding of basic networking terminologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with multiple operating systems including Windows, UNIX, and Linux
