Position Summary

As a Business Analyst - AV & Business Cellphone Operation at WOONGJIN, Inc., you will support and operate IT Asset and Space Management Solutions, oversee AV installation and facility planning, and manage operational aspects ensuring smooth financial management, project timelines, and vendor coordination. The role includes managing AV equipment installations in Austin and Taylor offices, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating internal corporate events.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations for IT assets including business phones and AV equipment.
  • Create and balance budgets to secure equipment needs and smooth operations.
  • Document market needs and coordinate with engineering teams for feature development.
  • Collaborate with IT, Security, and Finance teams for mobility and workspace management solutions.
  • Maintain accurate inventory, maintenance, and repair records.
  • Install AV equipment in offices and conference rooms; oversee AV set-ups in new office spaces.
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage conference room reservation systems (CR2).
  • Monitor projects from conception to completion including site assessments.
  • Troubleshoot AV issues and ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
  • Work flexible hours as required by project timelines and installations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years in asset management, corporate service operations, or project management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in Product Management or enterprise SaaS product support is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and project coordination skills.
