Job Description

System Management & Optimization: Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of WMS and TMS solutions. Ensure system stability, data integrity, and accurate inventory tracking. Troubleshoot system errors and work with IT for updates, patches, and enhancements. Analyze workflows and recommend system improvements.

Process & Performance Improvement: Engage in new warehouse setups and functional responsibilities. Collaborate with warehouse leadership to optimize receiving, shipping, and inventory processes. Identify process improvements and request necessary system developments. Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven insights while ensuring accurate data capture.

User Training & Documentation: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for all WMS functions. Train and support warehouse staff and management on best practices. Provide end-user support to enhance productivity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Gather user feedback and propose system enhancements. Communicate updates and system performance to leadership clearly.

Salary

Hourly rate: $23 - $29/hr.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Korean and English
• 1+ years of experience with WMS/TMS systems in warehouse or distribution environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in troubleshooting and process improvement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with logistics systems, particularly WMS and TMS
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, and regulatory compliance

Travel

Approximately 25% travel in the U.S.
