Job Description

The SAP MM Consultant - Bilingual (English/Korean) provides strategic guidance to users in defining and designing processes to meet customer requirements. You will document current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend system improvements while supporting SAP consultants as needed.

Key responsibilities include communicating with HQ for process optimization, providing full support to users across North America, training end users, and troubleshooting system issues as the primary on-call support person.

• Guide process design and documentation.
• Coordinate with HQ for SAP Logistics optimization.
• Support end users across North America.
• Monitor system performance and report issues.
• Provide on-call troubleshooting support.

Qualifications

Required:

• EST 9 to 6 support availability.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in SAP consulting.
• Hands-on configuration experience in ECC 6 or HANA.
• Experience with EDI document processing and SAP integrations (IDOC, RFC).
• ABAP debugging skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Bilingual in English and Korean.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with full-lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Knowledge of standard project management tools.
• Interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize customer needs effectively.
